Fall Sports Training Schedule

Fall Training Session 
Starting Monday September 19th
Cost: $75 / 4 weeks ($15 discount for siblings) 
Middle School (boys and girls) Tuesday/Thursday 4:30—5:30  
High School (boys and girls) Monday/Wednesday - 4:00—5:00

Each session will be limited to 20 participants, so please register on-line to secure your spot. If we reach 20 participants we WILL NOT take walk-ins.

Flower Mound Location Update

I just wanted to update everyone on the CrossFit Flower Mound location. Late last week, I ran into some unforeseen issues with the landlord and the Town of Flower Mound.  These issues have severely delayed the construction (which was suppose to be complete this week) thus delaying the opening of our Flower Mound location.

I deeply apologize for this inconvenience and am completely embarrassed about this situation. I have been scrambling all week to find a temporary plan B, to service my customers in Flower Mound.

As of right now, I am going to move the first two weeks of our summer training to our Highland campus (CrossFit Denton County). All class times will remain the same, we are just moving the location temporarily. During this time, I hope we can resolve our current issues we are facing and have the doors open in Flower Mound ASAP.

The current situation will in no way affect the quality of the training your athlete will receive this summer. We are going to hold firm to our promise of being the best place to send your athlete for sports training in the area.
